Last seen on the Freight stage as part of the 2003 International Women's
Day Concert, Natasha Miller returns for a long-awaited solo show,
showcasing songs from her recent album, I Had a Feelin'. A
collection of previously unrecorded jazz ballads by the great songwriter
Bobby Sharp (known for his song "Unchain My Heart," made famous in the
'60s by Ray Charles), this album is a dynamic showcase for Natasha's
vibrant, distinctive voice and her gift for lyrical interpretation.
A vocalist
blessed with the ability to sing very directly and simply straight into the
heart of a song, Natasha offers powerful versions of masterful, alluring
songs with irresistible titles like "Madame Heartache" and "A Real Swingin'
Affair," making for a truly memorable evening.
