Equally facile on guitar and English concertina, Carol Denney has crafted an inimitable style with her songs of love and joy, delivered in one of the strongest voices to be heard among singer-songwriters in the Bay Area. Mixing music and politics like few others, Carol's idea of a receptive audience is a demonstration or picket line. Also a gifted comedic performer, she appeared in Berkeley Satirithon and George Coates' Berkeley Mock City Council. Last year Carol celebrated the release of her fourth album, The Rich Will Never Be Poor.
