Join three bands from Nell Robinson's Take the Stage Band Performance Workshop for a fun afternoon of lively music. "Closet musicians," grouped into bands, have been busy honing their performance skills in a weekly series of rehearsals coached by local musicians. The workshops, in partnership with the Freight and the California Bluegrass Association, allow aspiring players to explore performing music in a bluegrass or Americana band, culminating in tonight's concert in which the these groups "take the stage" to showcase the skills they've learned.
