Led by the International Bluegrass Music Association's (IBMA) two-time Male Vocalist of the Year, Russell Moore, Georgia-based IIIrd Tyme Out also features Steve Dilling (banjo), Justen Haynes (fiddle), Wayne Benson (mandolin), and Edgar Loudermilk (bass). The band has racked up an astounding number of awards since it was formed in 1991, including seven consecutive awards for IBMA's Vocal Group of the Year.
