singer, songwriter, actor, cowboy savant
Door 7:30pm, Music 8:00pm | Purchase advance tickets: $15.50

Hollywood actor and musician Ronny Cox is known for his sophisticated, lyric-driven folk sound. On stage as well as in albums like his recent studio effort, Cowboy Savant, Ronny showcases what he describes as a mix of "folk, western, jazzy-bluesy and just plain corn ball stuff." Eclectic and compelling, Ronny presents his material with all the finesse of a 30-year veteran of the stage and screen, spicing it up with his infamous "stories of questionable veracity."

As an actor, Ronny first came to public attention in 1972, when John Boorman cast him as one of the four unfortunate rafters in the film Deliverance -- it was Cox who engaged in the celebrated dueling banjos sequence with enigmatic albino boy Hoyt J. Pollard. Since then, Ronny has appeared in over 50 films, including Bound for Glory, RoboCop, and Total Recall, and numerous TV series like St. Elsewhere, The Agency, and Stargate SG1.
