acoustic guitar masters

Two original guitarists present an evening of unique styles and techniques. The founder of International Guitar Night, Brian Gore's eclectic style reflects his experience as a self-taught player bred in the diverse musical world of the San Francisco Bay Area. Drawing on classical, folk, and jazz influences, Brian recently released his second album, The Open Road (Solid Air). Yugoslavia-born musical maverick, Dusan Bogdanovic explores a profoundly original synthesis of classical, jazz, and ethnic music with an immense palette of colors, timbres, and nuances. A richly gifted composer as well as an exceptional guitarist, Dusan's four-decade-long solo performing career has taken him to festivals and concert tours throughout Europe, Asia and the United States. His recording credits, ranging from Bach to original contemporary works, include the recent Canticles and Unconscious in Brazil (GSP). Dusan is presently engaged by the San Francisco Conservatory.
