Shana Morrison, who began her singing career with her father, Van, in his Rhythm and Soul Revue, leads her tight acoustic quartet, Caledonia, combining Irish folk, r&b, country, and jazz. Phil Elwood, San Francisco Chronicle music critic, says of her, "She has a wide ranging voice that is both powerful and pure. Her vocal inflections, soaring melodic lines and sophisticated use of dynamics are impressive." Shana recently released a duet album with bluesman Roy Rogers, Everybody's Angel (Roshan).
