neo-impressionist folk music

The music of Kerrville New Folk winners Paul Kamm and Eleanore MacDonald, a lush blend of contemporary and traditional styles, is graced with exquisite harmonies, compelling songwriting, and intricate guitar work. Martin Simpson said of this Northern California duo that their voices "Weave together like colored ribbons blowing in the wind," and Dirty Linen magazine likened them to "A sinfully rich pleasure, like a musical S'more." (Now how could anyone resist that?) Weaving their voices into a rich tapestry of elegant melodies, articulate, socially conscious lyrics and storytelling, Paul and Eleanore will present music from their recent albums, Calling On Love and Live.
